LONDON, June 21, 2008  –  Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Catholics from all over the United Kingdom will be parading behind the ‘Proudly Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgendered & Proudly Catholic’ banner in the Pride London Parade next month.

They will be proclaiming the banner’s message to other LGBT communities, as well as the rest of the Church.  Many will be wearing the RC Caucus' Nobody knows I'm Catholic tee-shirts.

Catholic groups will also be providing information, advice and pastoral contact following the parade at a Trafalgar Square stall, shared between the RC Caucus, Catholics for AIDS Prevention & Support, and the Soho Masses Pastoral Council.

Pride London is on Saturday July 5.

The Soho Masses Pastoral Council welcomes everyone in London for the weekend to Mass, Sunday, 6 July, 5.00 pm, at the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption & St. Gregory, Warwick Street, London W1B 5NB, near Piccadilly Circus.
