Stars of
Coronation Street including Bruno Langley (Todd Grimshaw), Jennie McAlpine
(Fizz Brown) and newcomer Anthony Cotton – who is soon to be sewing up a
storm at Underworld – are joining the long list of celebs joining Big
Brother's Nadia at this year's Manchester Pride. Like everyone else, they
just can't wait to meet our girl.
It's a welcome return to Canal
Street for Todd, who was last seen snogging with sexy nurse Karl Foster, and
a fitting tribute to the Festival for the actor who will be leaving the soap
later in the year to pursue other acting roles.
21 years-old Bruno Langley has just
filmed his last scenes for Coronation Street, but the door has been left
open for him to return. In real life Langley has received much attention
from gay men, and was recently voted 'Queer of the Year' by glossy gay men's
magazine 'Attitude'.
From the grey cobbles of
Weatherfield to the rainbow hued festival of Manchester Pride, expect a
rousing reception for our Corrie favourites over The Big Weekend.
