The photo appears to have been taken seconds after the public hanging of the two teenagers in Iran last July

It was released today by Outrage!, the gay human rights organisation in London, and is published here after much thought - and consultation with other journalists - to show the sort of regime there is in Iran.

Both of the victims of this public execution were under 18 at the time the so-called crime was committed - and that is against international law which Iran signed up to and ratified.
